Last mile delivery is the most inefficient part of total consumer goods process due to high rate return, segmented and relatively small quantity. One innovations made by e-retailers logistics service providers install self-collection parcel lockers in easily accessible places where picking up carried out independently consumers these places. There are not many studies conducted identify what factors can encourage use services, focusing more on cognitive attitudes, results still inconclusive. This study aims investigate that utilitarian, hedonic, situational social influence decisions locker services. survey quantitative used non-probability sampling technique succeeded obtaining 264 samples. The analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling with a covariance-based approach AMOS. show customization according their preferences factor influences consumers' intention services along utilitarian motives
